Can I edit or cancel shipment?

·You can cancel the order or edit the shipping address within 2 hours of your purchase - after 2 hours, the shipment cannot be canceled.

·After cancellation, you will be contacted by our staff to confirm any information.

When will my item ship?

·To bring you great deals on thousands of products, takes several days to communicate with our fulfillment network and process your order in case we are out of the color or size you choose.

·Items from the same order will arrive all together. 

·It may take 3–9 business days for the item to ship and for tracking data to become available.

·To track the status of your package, we will send you and email with your Tracking #.

·When the status says Order Received, we're still working on fulfilling your product. The status will change to Shipping Soon when we are packing the item for shipment.

·Once your item ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.

·Most items are delivered in 7–12 business days, check our shipping & handling info for the estimated delivery time.
